PerilloTravelVR has been engaged by the Jamaica Tourist Board to produce and distribute their first-ever 360° virtual reality video.

The immersive video will showcase the majestic vistas of the island, with particular emphasis on the resort areas of Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios and capital city, Kingston.
The diversity of Jamaica will be on-display, including several top hotel properties including Jamaica Inn and Sunset at the Palms.
According to CEO Steve Perillo, “this immersive experience virtually places the viewer in Jamaica, with all its beauty and exciting attractions.”
Donovan White, Jamaica’s Director of Tourism says, “this places Jamaica on the forefront of innovative marketing strategies and revolutionizes how Jamaica presents herself in the global tourism landscape. Further, this technology will support travel agents in the selling process and will help consumers envision themselves in the destination even before booking their vacation.”
President of PerilloTravelVR, John C. Graham notes, “Jamaica’s diversity make Virtual Reality the perfect vehicle for showcasing the natural beauty of the island.”
The video, currently in production, will be completed in time for the holidays and the winter selling season. It will be featured on VisitJamaica.com and distributed to travel agents in North America.
